Cook with Sarah using Campbells Slow Cooker Sauce!

Hey everyone! Join me and lets cook using Campbells Slow Cooker Sauce in Tavern Style Pot Roast! Keep reading for the recipe I use!

  • Start cutting your meat into cube like pieces. Not to small because this is going to be slow cooked! What I mean by that is the smaller the pieces the faster it cooks and the more it tastes like RUBBER! The type of meat I would recommend is Chuck Roast. I got this from Sams Club for about 16 bucks for 6 lbs. Very chewy and good! =)

  •  Start cutting those veggies! I use baby carrots instead of the large ones. Very easy to cut and quick! I typically use red onions in ANYTHING that I cook. I would use one full red onion and cut it in chunks.

  • Use one full red potato and cut it into chunks as well. Yes I use every red veggie that I can! =) Red potatoes are healthier compared to standard potatoes.

  •  Now add Campbells Tavern Style Pot Roast Sauce!

  • This is what I add extra and you can add it if you wish. I would add about a teaspoon of Parsley Flakes. And Yes I don't add any salt because the sauce does have it. =) Plus I am not that much of a salty person.

  • Stir it up and let it cook SLOW! =) If you don't have a slow cooker like me, I would just put the temperature around medium and after 10 mins I turn it down to medium-low. Leave it cook for about an hour! even though it states if you HAVE a slow cook you would let it cook for about 7 hours, normal pot like the one I have shown here I let it cook for about an hour.

    • Wa lah! All Done! =) Hope you enjoy this quick recipe! This is great for winter or just whenever you feel like eating pot roast! Yum =)
